There are two problems. One is that the events rearrange as your scroll horizontally. This might be considered a matter of preference and is not necessarily a bug. The other problem is that events are not stacked properly, they overlap each other and events are obscured. This is clearly a bug and it makes the timeline view unreliable and therefore unusable.
