"Add Calendar" button can still be clicked when Team Calendars isn't licensed

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Steps:

      • Install the OBD file
        Error:
      • The button Add calendar is enable for user to click, we shouldn't do that
      • The red error message is "invalid licence" which is not appropriate, we should think a more meaningful sentence and a link to help user
