Subscribe and export options still shown in calendar drop down when you don't have view permissions for a calendar

This is a pretty trivial existing issue I came across testing permissions in Team Calendars 4. If there is a calendar in a macro that you don't have permission to view we still show the Subscribe and Export to iCalendar menu options even though they don't work.
