Editing pages with Chrome not possible when Teamcal enabled

      When trying to create/edit a page with Chrome, the content editor area is empty and the formatting macro menu does not work. Checking with chrome dev tools I can see that http://xxx.com/s/de_DE/3388/9acf9d4587944743d0223df28e632431d99e8a2b.179/ed1ef620dc2e20cb9405ec025ce90b5b/_/download/contextbatch/js/editor,macro-browser/batch.js fails to load (in time?). It works in other browsers.

      Found out today that everything works when I disable team calendars. Did an upgrade to the latest version (3.1.4) today, problem still exists.
