If calendar editing is restricted to a user that does not have view permissions, they cannot get to calendar to edit

      Steps to Repro

      1. Create a new calendar
      2. Set restrictions such that viewing is restricted to one user, and editing to a different one

      Expected outcome

      Both users will be able to view calendar, only 2nd user will be able to edit

      Actual outcome

      Only first user can view, only the owner can edit
