      When a user gets removed in the Active Directory, all events created by this user will be displayed as "Unknown User (<old_id>)" in Confluence. Also, users that have subscribed to a calendar containing events of deleted users, receive the following error when synchronizing the calendar in Microsoft Outlook:

      Once you have removed the events of the deleted users in Confluence, the error disappears.

      In our opinion, Team Calendars should remove events from deleted users automatically or at least provide administrators the ability to this manually as bulk operation.
