Description
I am currently in the process of evaluating Confluence as an appropriate solution to start a wiki for our enterprise. I am trying to convert several of our documents over into the wiki markup format. One of the most difficult things to do is indent a sentence. This would be accomplished by using a tab in Word. The only way I can see doing this in your wiki markup is by embedding several nbsp; Columns, tables and lists are not a valid replacement. For example, I want to show a directory structure. To adequately do that, I need to do something like the following:
\Product Name
\Project Name
Project Name.sln (VS.NET solution file)
Project Name.build (Nant build file)
\doc
While this accomplishes the task, it is tedious to enter and hard to maintain. Many wiki's support " : " to indent. " :: " to do a double indent.
