URL field is blank when trying to Subscribe to a Calendar

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      When following directions to subscribe to a calendar, the field that should contain the URL is blank. Please see the attached screen shot.
      I even tried creating a new calendar and it was also blank for the new calendar as well.
