Remove duplicate results from the {contentbylabel} macro.

      I'm using

      {contentbylabel:r3-2,requirement}

      to get a list of requirements specifications for our 3.2 release. Since I also have a lot of 3.1 requirements the are labeled "r3-1, requirement" that also get returned. And also the result is combined, so first I get a list of all document matching r3-2 and then a list matching requirements and several document will then appear twice in the list.
