If user choose "all day" on a event, the reminder will have wrong date

Reminder for all day events report wrong time.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an all day event in Team calendar
2. Set e reminder for the event (1 day before, 2 days before...)
3. Wait for the notification to be received

Expected Results

The notification should show the correct time for the event (the day chosen for the event)

Actual Results

The notification shows wrong date/time
