[CONFSERVER-48696] Timezone for Moscow is wrong. Showing +4 instead of +3.

I also added Team Calendar to Google Calendar. And I still see shift, though I use Minsk time zone (UTC+3). See attachments:

I also see different time gaps between events in Google Calendar and in imported calendar in Team Calendars.

See 2 events in attachments: Google Calendar.png, Team Calendars - Confluence.png. One of them is shown correctly in Team Calendars, the other one is shifted 1 hour.

Acctualy this is very severe bug. We have a lot of problems because of it. I imported my google calendar to Team Calendars and I see time shifts. It is not possible to use the product without solving this issue.
