Review the writing/export of files to disk using content IDs, instead of filenames

    • We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      There are a number of issues writing any files to disk that have unicode or high-bit characters in the filename (e.g. page title for exporting to HTML, attachment filename for the Confluence home directory). We should consider whether we can use the content ID instead, which will work around this issue.
