Event creation is very slow when calendar watched when a large number of users are watching a page

      Creating a new event in a calendar that being watched by a large number of users is very slow due to the notification queue creation process by Confluence.

      For a Calendar that does not have any watcher, Confluence will process the event creation in less than a second while calendar that have many watchers will take about 15-30 seconds.
