End Repeat Functionality Does Not Work When Specifying End Repeat Date

      Summary

      When repeating an event in Team Calendars (Confluence) and selecting an End Repeat Date, the event fails to save.

      Environment

      Confluence 5.9.1-OD-2015.40.1-0001

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create An Event
      2. Select Daily, Weekdays, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly for Repeat
      3. For End repeat, enter a date for On Date
      4. Click OK

      Expected Results

      The event saves, creating a repeating an event on the calendar

      Actual Results

      The below exception is thrown in the confluence log file:

      2015-10-12 19:43:13.411066500 java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid format: "2015-10-12T01:00:00.000+01:00/2015..." is malformed at "15-10-12T01:00:00.000+01:00/2015..."
      

      On the user end, they receive a similar error:

      Invalid date specified. It should look like 12-Oct-2015
