Summary
Cannot add the event of JIRA project, which has multibyte project name, with JQL in TeamCalendars.
When user set the JQL "project = <project name with Japanese>",
Error message
"Error occurred while validating JQL against [Your Company JIRA]."
is displayed.
Environment
- Confluence 5.9.12 + TeamCalendars for Confluence 5.3.11 + JIRA 7.1.8
Steps to Reproduce
- Integrated JIRA and Confluence
- Create a project in JIRA with Japanese project name. ex) testテスト
- Add a calendar in a page in Confluence.
- Save the page.
- Add an event.
Event Type: JIRA Issue Dates
Name: <anything>
Display: JQL
"project = <JIRA Project name>"
Expected Results
It is possible to add an event.
Actual Results
It is not possible to add an event with an error message.
Notes
It was able to add an event with Confluence 5.8.9 + JIRA 6.2.7 + TeamCalendars 5.3.9
Workaround
Create a filter in JIRA with same JQL. and set the filter as a Saved filter in Display of Create event.
This ticket is closed because we could not reproducible using recent version of Confluence, Jira and Team Calendars. If you still have this issue please contact our support.
