Even time does not synchronize with other calendar (EXP: google Calendar)

      First Symptom

      Event time in Team calendar does not match with google calendar

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Install a new confluence(tested with 5.9.2)
      2. install Team Calendars for Confluence (current version 5.3.9)
      3. Import a calendar with ICS file
      4. Import the ICS file to Google Calendar
      5. Compare with event time

      Expected Behavior
      Both event will be at the same time
