NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.
Summary
When you click the Create button in Confluence, you'll see the option of creating a calendar even if Team Calendars is not enabled for your instance (see calendar1 and calendar2). This is confusing because it will not allow users to enter the data during the creation process (calendar3) and there's no warning message. If you click Cancel and click on Add Calendar (see calendar4) nothing happens. Again there's no error message.
Steps to Reproduce
- In Confluence, click on Create > Calendar > Add new calendar
- Try to enter the information, the fields are greyed out and editing is not possible.
- Click Cancel
- Click on Add Calendar, nothing happens
Expected Results
If Team Calendars is not enabled, you'd see a notification that you need to activate it first. Or directly, don't see the option to create calendars in the menu.
Actual Results
You can proceed normally but at the end no calendar can be created.
