calendar-resources includes non-existent resources

      The calendar-resources <web-resource> has 4 resource references to files that no longer exist.

      • com/atlassian/confluence/extra/calendar3/js/event-edit/event-field-handlers.js
      • com/atlassian/confluence/extra/calendar3/js/event-edit/jira-event-field-handler.js
      • com/atlassian/confluence/extra/calendar3/js/event-edit/event-edit-dialog.js
      • com/atlassian/confluence/extra/calendar3/js/event-edit/event-types.js

      It looks like these files were moved elsewhere as part of a AMD refactor (nice work btw, AMD is awesome!).

      This results in log spam in Confluence instances at runtime that looks like this:
