Clicking "Ban this user" Button doesn't change anything

      When privileged users click the "Ban this user" button, Answers doesn't change the button or deactivate the button to explain that the process has gone through.

      It will stay as it is and it is still click-able. This create confusion as users may not be sure whether the process has been triggered correctly or not.

            Pretty sure this is caused by CQ-1415.
