It is not possible to remove topics from a question. I can remove topics via the pen, but once I save, the previous topics appear again. The "edit" view shows the new topics, but reloading the question shows the old topics.
This also causes that we cannot remove any topics, because removing a topic is only possible, if no questions are assigned to it.
