Bold font cannot be removed

      I have added some content via copy and paste to a question in Atlassian Answers. https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/9376904/how-to-create-a-jira-plugin-administration-page.

      After submit parts of the text is bold, in edit mode it is plain text.

      Also making all bold and then back non-bold doesn't fix the problem.
