Stack depth limit exceeded exception when watching experts in a topic

      When a topic has too many questions (> 1000) the query getExperts fails in Postgres with the exception:

      org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: stack depth limit exceeded
  Hint: Increase the configuration parameter "max_stack_depth" (currently 2048kB), after ensuring the platform's stack depth limit is adequate.
