No way to convert answer to comment

When we used OSQA, it was extremely common for people to post comments as answers by mistake, mostly because the UI focuses primarily on answers and the "add comment" links were small.

The same seems to be true in Confluence Questions. However, unlike OSQA there's no way for an admin to change something posted mistakenly as an answer, converting it to a comment on a previous answer or a comment to the question.

This will cause questions to appear to have many more answers than they really do, and should be fixed ASAP (from our users' perspective).
