Links to Confluence pages are broken in answer notifications

      Steps to reproduce:

      • ask a question as User A (with an email address you can check)
      • answer the question as User B, and include a link to a Confluence page in your answer
      • check your User A email, try and click the link
      • the link will just take you to the Confluence dashboard
