Getting system error on main Questions page when in Oracle and user has access to more than 1000 spaces

      If a user can view more than a 1000 spaces CQ crashes when in Oracle due to "ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000"

      The initial cause of this is the query created in ContentTypeQuestionRepository.getRecentQuestionsIds although there could be others.
