Useless tooltips for Questions in quick nav

      • Ask a question with a long title
      • Search for the question in quick nav
      • Hover over the result to see the tooltip

      Because the question is long, the result will be truncated. The expected behaviour is that the user reads the tooltip to see the entire string. Instead, the tooltip is providing exactly the same truncated information.
