      This has been broken since 469 I think: When clicking on a topic in CQ, the user sees "Popular topics" first. If he tries to switch to recent or unanswered, the filter is not applied.
      This happens in IE9, it works fine in Firefox.

      The issue is quite severe since the user doesnt see any questions in CQ dashboard or on the topics page unless they are popular.
