Regulating numbers of featured topics no more than 15

      Summary

      We can actually mark any number of topics as featured even though we only display 15 featured topics. Therefore, the numbers of featured topics which can be marked should be regulated no more than 15.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to "Questions" page and create more than 15 topics.
      2. Mark all topics as featured.

      Expected Results

      We can't mark topics as featured from 16th one.

      Actual Results

      We can mark any number of topics as featured.

      Workaround

      There is no workaround.
