Click in either the answer box or comment box just yields a spinner, the editor never loads.
This only happens in certain questions, eg https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/38830243/answers/3883296 - approx 5%...?
It looks like:
There are a couple of JS errors, I don't know which causes the fatal problem, prob the scrollIntoView one. Logs here:
