Code Block Macro syntax formatting not honored

Summary

When selecting syntax formatting in Code Block Macro in Confluence questions, formatting is not used.

Environment

• Confluence 5.9.1-OD-2015.44.1-0002
• Questions for Confluence Plugin 2.4.1-D20151021T063334

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Confluence Question
2. Insert Code Block macro, and select a formatting option.
3. Compare by inserting the same configuration in Confluence.

Expected Results

Formatting should match that in Confluence and use highlighting for the language selected.

Actual Results

Formatting does not change from when you do not select a language, vs when you do.

Tested with SQL and Java to be sure, same results.

Workaround

No current workaround.

Notes

The bug affects the following customization options: Syntax Highlighting, Collapsible, Show line numbers, First line number and Theme. (Title does work.)
