Unfair way of increasing reputation

      Hi ,
      I notice many users especially from Atlassian gain high reputation within short time . This is because they are voted up by their colleague / friend . I have identified a few but i dont want to name them .
      You can see the leaderboards to identify them .
      Is this fair ?
