AAC Up-Vote JS Causes Infinite Hang in IE8

      When running IE8-all-latest on winXP and I up-vote this answer:

      https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/21161/when-is-the-jira-mobile-connect-for-android-will-be-released

      ...it infinite hangs with also the "progress propellor" twirling away in the corner with a JS error (see attachment 2).

      I let it run 5 mins, and nothing happened. When refreshing the page, things are fine again, and the vote never occured.

      Reported by a customer in SAC on the issue EHSP-21794.
