I stopped using AA for a while and now when I access it shows me to create a new user

      This year I used the Atlassian Answers site a lot (I even have a t-shirt), the problem was that day I tried to access to the site after weeks without using it and it indicates to create a new user.

      I just want to get my previous user back.
