Cannot attach files to atlassian.answers

      The "upload" button doesn't work.
      I have been trying vainly to upload a handful of files to https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/104474/what-changes-are-needed-to-a-2-8-custom-authenticator-to-run-in-4-3
