    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      There is an Atlassian built SAML plugin for JIRA and Bitbucket Datacentre versions.  This "appears" to work for Confluence but is not officially supported so really cannot be used in a production system.

      It would be great if Confluence Datacentre (and Server - but that is covered by CONF-45634) could become officially supported by the existing SAML plugin (or a new plugin created for it).
