January, 2006 displays all days as "1"

      Confluence 1.4.4 on Tomcat 5.0.28, j2sdk1.4.2_07, Windows 2003 Server

      Using the >> and << links at the top of the month to go to January, 2006. This month shows the value "1" in every day. Onmouseover for every day displays the "+" link to add an event in the first day of the month. The calendar is also 48 rows tall.
