Summary

Link Text(from a Confluence page) isn't updated with special characters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Confluence, create a new page with the Café Expresso title.
2. Create a new page.
3. Copy the link(URL) from Café Expresso page.
4. Paste the link in the other page that was created in step 2.
5. Wait for the link to be translated to the page's name.
6. Go back to Café Expresso page and change its title to No special char.
7. Go back to that page where you pasted the link, and refresh it.

Expected Results

The Café Expresso's text link should be updated to No special char.

Actual Results

The text link isn't updated, and the text link will still show the Café Expresso text, but its link will redirect you to the No special char page.

Notes

The text link is properly changed(updated) without special characters
