      Problem Definition

      User suggests that newly posted knowledge base articles have some form of approving/rejecting by responsible users (reviewers) in the system before they are ultimately posted as articles that can be searched by someone in the knowledge base.

      Suggested Solution

      Implement some form of approving and rejecting the articles in Confluence before they get posted, where the reviewers get notifications when a new article is written and pending for review.

      Why this is important

      User wants to control and review articles before they are posted so that the info is accurate.
