When downloading Multi-byte named attachments, Its character is broken.

    Description

      I clicked Attachments tab. And I attach some Multi-byte named attachments.
      When I see this file, I works goold.(Muli-byte character is not broken)
      But, When I download this file, the character is broken.

      Here I attach my screenshot.
