Steps to reproduce:

1. Allow Public Access to Confluence
2. Check the Page with Mobile Browsers
3. It asks for authentication

Expected Behaviour

It shouldn't ask for authentication since it's public.

Actual Behaviour

Confluence ask for username and password

Note:

I couldn't replicate this issue in Confluence 6.0.3
