The "issue" link from the 2 dimensional JIRA Chart use Application URL instead of Display URL

Summary

The "View in JIRA" link uses Display URL but the issues is using the Application URL instead of the Display URL. Because of this the link is not usable unless the Confluence uses an Application URL which are acessible by the user.

Step To replicate

1. Create an application in with a different Display URL and Application URL 
2. Create a new Page.
3. Create a two Dimensional Filter JIRA  Chart.
4. Save it
5. Click the issues link 

Expected Result

The link direct the user to the Display URL 

Observed Result

The link direct the user to the application URL.
