Unable to add an inline comment using a word that is being used in the header of a table or as macro title (Code block)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Add this storage format as content:

3. Try to add an inline comment on the words Sig or Fam, not the ones in the table header

Expected Results

You should be able to add the inline comment

Actual Results

Error is thrown and unable to add the inline comment

If the header of the table is changed to be as table-body-cells then you are able to add comment, use Prozess as example.
