Description

When confluence is using Russian language pack, the hyperlink in JIRA issue filter macro is not working and show as plain text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create application link between JIRA and Confluence
2. Change the confluence language to russian
3. Create a new page
4. Add JIRA issue filter macro
5. Save the page

Expected behavior

Hyperlink is working fine in JIRA issue filter macro

Actual Result

Hyperlink is not working
