Summary

Cannot update JIRA issues, when a user presses Update link in JIRA Issue macro in Japanese version Windows OS.

the JIRA Issue macro uses a filter with Japanese characters.
ex. project = TEST AND summary ~テスト

When a user presses Update link, a warning message shows.

And then click the link in this message, move to JIRA.
But search condition has garbled characters and an error message.

Environment

• Japanese version Windows 2012 R2
• Confluence 5.10.8 + JIRA 7.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in JIRA
2. Create tickets in JIRA, and write "テスト" in summary field
3. Log in Confluence
4. Create a page
5. Place a JIRA Issue macro
6. Set fitler project = TEST AND summary ~テスト
7. Save
8. Open the page
9. Press Update link

Expected Results

JIRA Issues are updated after press the Update link.

Actual Results

JIRA Issues are not update. and Error happens.
