Macros with forms interfere with "Save" and "Cancel" buttons in WYSIWYG editor

      If you include a macro that has a form in it (e.g. dynamic task list, search, livesearch) and try to press the bottom "Save" or "Cancel" buttons, it doesn't work. This is due to the fact that the "Preview" tab renders the macros and their forms inside the edit form for the page.
