Internet Explorer 6.0 - Tomcat 5 and java 1.5 on a Windows 2003 Server
Clicking on a "popular label" gives you excerpts of pages that you don't have permission to view in their entirety. It should instead respect the page's permissions and give either a title only or exclude them from the results.
This was only tested on our instance since you site (http://confluence.atlassian.com/dashboard.action) does not allow for permissioning.
