Add option to hide field name in Jira Issue/Filter macro results

      At the moment if you use a Jira Issue/Filter macro, it always shows the field name as table title. I want to have an option to show the field value only and not the field name.
      This will help usability of this macro when used in table to fetch single field of a single issue. Screenshot below might help describe this further.
