Vertical text in table headers

Problem Definition

Currently there is not a way to have text display vertically in table headings like this:

Suggested Solution

Incorporate a button that allows users to toggle the text vertically or horizontally in the table headers.

Workaround

There are ways to create user macros to achieve this functionality as described in this thread, however this is only available for Server customers as User macros are not available in Confluence Cloud.
