[CONFSERVER-440] Confluence Login cookies conflict with JIRA

We installed confluence on the same server as jira, urls:
http://jira.company.com/jira/...
http://jira.company.com/confluence/...

When we login to one, it logs us out of the other one. I've even tried making the username and password the same, but that doesn't help.

Beta2 will use a different cookie name, and will also restrict the cookie to the correct context path for the application.
