Configurable Plugins (and Plugin Modules)
Currently if you build a theme you can give it an action which will become a "configure" link in the theme selection page. Having a similar "configure" link appear next to Enable/Disable on both the plugin overview at the top as well as the individual modules (where defined). This would enable me to write a sudoku puzzle macro and have a configure link to set the default difficulty.
